One to Bury, One to Hang (Oil)


This painting was commissioned by the Director of the U.S. Marshal Service to commemorate the agency’s Bicentennial and was made part of the Smithsonian Display that traveled around the country during their celebration. Until recently, the original painting has been on permanent display at the U.S. Marshals headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. In the near future, it will become part of the new U.S. Marshal’s Museum in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Reproductions are proudly displayed in the majority of U.S. Marshals offices from New York to Guam.
